This bit of information is for all you youngsters who do 365 and sportshall on Tuesday nights. I think it would help you if you knew in advance what we will be doing on the particular night you are attending, so, first of all, you will need a timetable of what we are doing and when. To open a window with the timetable on (you can print it off if you like) click Here.
Now, if it’s a 365 night you need to bring your 365 books with you. From your books I will be able to tell what level you are and put you into groups of the same ability. That way you will not be doing stuff that is either too easy or too hard for you.
If it’s a Sportshall night you will be able to tell from your timetable what we will be practising on that night. Now, I intend to give you all a Sportshall “points table” from which you will be able to record your own personal best score for each individual Sportshall discipline. From the individual scores we will be able to work out your Decathlon or Pentathlon scores. You will also be able to see what disciplines you are weak at and therefore, need to practice on.
There are certificates to be gained for both 365 and sportshall, but we can’t give you them if we don’t know what level you have achieved.
So, look at the timetable, bring your scorecard for sportshall or your book for 365 and be prepared for what we are about to do.
Or better still! Keep your sportshall scorecard in your 365 book and fetch it (the lot/both) to training every week.
